Our Company reserves the right to modify the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC"), so please read the terms and conditions published on the website before making any purchase. In the event of any modification to the GTC, the provisions of the GTC in force on the date of placing the order shall apply.

Payment options

• The Service Provider shall specify the consideration for the products and services offered in Hungarian forint (HUF).
• During the online payment, the transaction is made in HUF, regardless of the fact that the Buyer's credit card, bank account or Paypal account is not denominated in HUF.
• The actual amount charged to the Customer (due to card company, issuing bank or Paypal currency conversions) may differ minimally from the price published by the Service Provider due to exchange rate changes. This deviation is entirely at the Customer's risk; the Service Provider does not assume any obligation or make any claim in this respect.

The purchase

A www.absonic-ict.eu by placing an order in the online store, each customer declares that he/she accepts these terms and conditions and is aware of the ordering procedure.

Contractual terms and conditions

Purchasing on the Internet platform is conditional on the accurate provision of data and acceptance of the terms and conditions.

The owner or operator of the website reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the customer's order data (provided at the time of purchase), if the reality of the data is questionable or unintelligible. If our attempt to contact you to clarify the order details is unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled.

The purchase price is the price next to the products shown, which is the gross price (including VAT), but does not include the delivery charge, which is shown separately (the delivery charge also includes VAT).

GALLMED Kft. reserves the right to change prices. Our prices and products are subject to change. The photos of the products may differ slightly from the real form, but this does not affect the recognizability and identifiability of the product.

Delivery address

The delivery address can be any organisation, business or home in Hungary. The delivery address may be different from the billing address. The delivery address should be the address where the buyer or recipient will be at the time of the expected delivery. The delivery address given when ordering cannot be changed afterwards!

Delivery to

In the case of courier deliveries, some suppliers will also try to reach our customers by phone, so please make sure that you provide a phone number where you can be reached when ordering so that you can arrange a new time or a different delivery address with the supplier.

Check the integrity of the parcel in the presence of the carrier or postman when you receive it. Do not accept damaged packages!

Delivery deadline:

Courier service: The delivery time for a complete order depends on whether the product is in stock or is delivered from an external warehouse.

If the product:

• is in stock, it takes 2-3 working days.
• external stock, it will take 7-15 working days.

You will be able to choose from the delivery methods listed when finalising your order, based on their costs.

For all orders received in the www.absonic-ict.eu online store, our system sends an automatic confirmation of receipt of the order, indicating to our customers that the order has been received and stored by our system and informing the customer of the delivery date of the product(s). This message will arrive in the customer's e-mail inbox after each basket order, regardless of stock levels.

If all of the product(s) ordered are in stock, we will deliver them to the address indicated in the Delivery Deadlines (except on public holidays).

GALLMED Kft. shall NOT be liable for damages in the event of any delay in delivery or failure to deliver.

If the order is cancelled due to the fault of the customer, the order will only be started after the payment of the new delivery fee, after consultation and at the request of the customer.

If the buyer does not request a new delivery, GALLMED Kft. is obliged to refund the amount paid by the buyer for the products to the buyer's bank account immediately, but no later than thirty days after the cancellation.

Complaints handling

We will always strive to fully serve and satisfy our customers, but we may not be able to do so fully.

After receiving your complaint in writing (registered letter, email: info@absonic-ict.eu) will be investigated without delay and we will notify you of the results of our investigation no later than 30 days after receipt of the letter.

Remote contract

By sending the Order and its confirmation by GALLMED Kft, a contract between GALLMED Kft as Supplier and the Customer as Buyer is concluded on the following terms:

If the fulfilment of the order is prevented for any reason, the Supplier shall contact the Buyer immediately by e-mail or telephone to discuss further action.

Withdrawal from the purchase

All individuals have the right to cancel their purchase after placing an order, before receiving an email message indicating the start of delivery. You must notify us of this by e-mail. In this case, the buyer will not be charged any costs.

Any individual may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal applies to all products that are returned to GALLMED Kft in their original quantity and quality, unopened, including all packaging and product components. The buyer (individual) must notify his/her cancellation request by electronic or postal mail. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase, the buyer must return the product to the postal address of GALLMED Kft within 14 days of the date of the notice of withdrawal. GALLMED Kft. is obliged to refund the amount paid by the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal, the full amount, including any costs incurred in connection with the performance, in the same way as the payment method used by the consumer. In the case of payment on delivery, GALLMED Kft. shall refund the amount to the buyer's bank account or Paypal account, subject to the consumer's express consent.

GALLMED Kft is obliged to refund the full purchase price to the customer only if the product is returned undamaged and intact. In the event of damage to the packaging, the full price of the product shall be borne by the Buyer.

Matters not covered herein are governed by the relevant rules of the European Union and the relevant rules on contracts concluded in the absence of the parties. GALLMED Kft. shall store the Customer's data together with the data relating to the transactions for the purpose of performing the contracts and handling any objections, and shall pass them on to its subcontractors who shall be responsible for the delivery, but who shall not be entitled to store or retain them after performance or to pass them on to third parties.

Warranty - guarantee

Our products are covered by the legal guarantee. Under warranty law, the person who is obliged to give the warranty (the Obligor) is responsible for delivering a product to the buyer that is free from defects at the time of delivery, i.e. the product does not have a defect that will only become apparent later. A defect is said to exist if the product is defective in quantity or quality.

Limitation of liability
