Single-channel manual voice recording
Single-channel voice recording: it is possible to record sound from one source at a time: a microphone or an ICT channel.
Virtual keyboard
Virtual keyboard: allows the speech recognition result to be written to any text field that the user activates with the mouse or keyboard. This mode cannot be used by persons with limited use of their hands.
- voice recording and online speech recognition will start immediately, the result of which will be displayed in any text field activated with the mouse or keyboard. The results of speech recognition can be automatically translated into more than 100 languages, even instantly.
- When speech recognition from microphones or microphone networks is used, the accuracy of the transcript can be above 90-95% after good technical preparation.
- For conversations on infocommunications devices, this result is generally lower.

Convert audio recordings
recordings made in ABSONIC can be converted back and forth to other file formats or to other file formats that are supported by the speech signal converters (codecs) installed on the processing computer (e.g. OGG, WMA, MPEG4, PCM, AAC, etc.).
- AB2 (proprietary, compressed format) - the advantage is a high degree of compression, making it difficult to manipulate due to a unique format. The disadvantage is that playback is only possible with ABSONIC v2 software or ABSONIC v2 player. Subject to legality, the recording can be converted to other formats. It can also be used with strong encryption.
- ACR - Encrypted version of AB2 format. Only playable with ABSONIC v2 on the computer on which the audio was recorded. If copied to a non-encrypted tape, the encryption is lost.
- ABS (proprietary compressed format) - advantage of high compression, unique format makes manipulation difficult. Disadvantage: can only be played back with ABSONIC v2 software or ABSONIC v2 player. The ABSONIC v2 software no longer supports this format for recording.
- WAV - has the advantage of being very widespread and can be listened to with any software or MP3 player. Its disadvantage is its relatively large file size (no compression) and easy manipulation. It can be used with strong encryption.
- WCR - encrypted version of the WAV format. Only playable with ABSONIC v2 on the computer on which the audio was recorded. If copied to a non-encrypted tape, the encryption is lost.
- MP3 - advantage of high compression and ubiquity, software support, disadvantage of reliance on complex mathematical algorithms (higher resource requirements for recording), vulnerability and tampering. Can only be used for single-channel, manual start-up recording. NOT a format to be used with strong encryption.
- MCR - encrypted version of MP3 format. Only playable with ABSONIC v2 on the computer on which the audio was recorded. If copied to a non-encrypted tape, the encryption is lost.
- Through the operating system's multimedia system, the audio formats installed on the system (OGG, WMA, ASF, etc.) can be used for conversion.
Editing transcripts - minutes
Once the speech transcript is ready, you can use the ABSONIC's word processor to perform the most important formatting operations in Microsoft Word, and convert the transcript to any other document format.
Create STR video subtitle file automatically
You can also extract an SRT subtitle file from the online speech recognition and translation, which can be used by all popular video playback software and video editing systems to display the subtitle on the video being played.
With this solution, SRT subtitle files can be created automatically from videos played in real time as well as from audio files converted from videos.
Errors in online speech recognition can be corrected in ABSONIC or in the free Subtitle Edit.

Virtual mouse
The virtual mouse function is activated, the speech is passed through a command interpreter, which is used to move the mouse pointer around the screen and press the mouse buttons. When using the virtual mouse function, the virtual keyboard function does not work.
