Dictation system

Dictating system: speech controlled, manual, keyboard-based writing with little or no use of hands. Significant (administrative) savings in time, energy and money are possible, with an emphasis on assisting the handicapped and the hearing impaired. By definition, keyboard control also includes the main functions of computer control.
