INFOCOMSTATION - voice recording and speech recognition of infocommunication conversations, which may require manual correction

With INFOCOMSTATION, conversations on various telecommunications and IT devices and channels can be recorded and transcribed automatically or manually. For some of these, we supply our own telecommunications adapters. The recorded infocommunication conversations can be transcribed using speech recognition. The quality of this depends, for example, on the language spoken, the speakers' speaking ability, line/channel quality, noise/noise cancellation, speech regeneration, etc.

The accuracy of these transcriptions is slightly lower than that of good quality microphone recordings, see DICSTATION and LECTURESTATION and MEETINGSTATION.

Lines/channels or types of devices can be recorded, from 1 to 64 channels at a time, depending on the type of line/channel:

  • analogue - traditional telephone (PSTN)
  • ISDN s0 - digital telephone
  • VoIP - internet phone
  • GSM - mobile phone
  • Skype, Zoom, Messenger, TeamViewer, Viber, Telegram, Signal, WhatsApp, etc.
  • satellite telephones (INMARSAT, IRIDIUM, THURAYA, etc.)
  • Two-way radio sets
  • other infocommunication channels

Speech recognition on subscription, in real time or from an existing voice recording, works in online mode in over 100 languages, including automatic translation. Speech recognition is performed on servers abroad.
